What should I do if I am changing my Mobile?

If you are changing the Mobile, list down the important data from sBuzz. Install the sBuzz Mobile app in the new Mobile and enter the same login credentials, which are sent to your registered email.

I have a company, interested in sBuzz subscription. What is the process?

Please contact us via Email or Phone. Make the Payment for subscription and then our support team will initiate the Account for you and you can start using it right away.

How to open the Feedback form?

Open sBuzz app in your Mobile and click on , which is on the top right corner. Feedback form will open and you can enter the details and click on ‘Submit’.

Are my messages secure?

sBuzz communication between your phone and our server is encrypted. Please make sure that your phone is not being used by someone else, who may read the messages received from your enterprise.

Can I send Audio, Video, Image and File at once?

No. You can send Audio, Video, Image and File messages by clicking on the provided links.

What to do if I lost my password to login into sBuzz Mobile app?

If you do not have the login details in your registered email, Please contact your Admin.
