CANCELLATION POLICY
Sollet believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Sollet marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible. Sollet does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case you feel that your refill amount is not added to your existing account and is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
REFUND POLICY
All sales of Refill/new account for sBuzz are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the Bank account number given on credit card/debit card and all charges that result from Refill/new account
Sollet is not responsible for any refill of your existing account balance by providing an incorrect bank account number given on credit card/debit card. However, if in a transaction performed by you on the Site, money has been charged to your card or bank account and a Recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending an email to our customer services email address mentioned on the Contact Us page. Please include in the email the following details - the mobile number, name and Email, Refill value, Transaction date and Order Number.
Sollet shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Refill then Sollet will refund the money within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email. Kindly note, in all cases our liability is only restricted to providing you a valid recharge or refill to the extent of payment received by us. We shall not be responsible for any other claim or consequential liability arising out of a failed recharge on our system. Thank you for recharging with us.
